01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any services provided by 8k8.com (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

8k8.com reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of 8k8.com following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use 8k8.com, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law governing online gambling activities.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be prohibited by law from participating in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 8k8.com, PAGCOR, or any other regulatory authority.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth in this section. Any false or misleading information provided during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

03 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access the full range of services on 8k8.com, you must register an account by providing accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals made using your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must immediately notify 8k8.com customer support. 8k8.com will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

3.3 Account Verification

8k8.com may require you to complete a verification process before you are permitted to make withdrawals. This process may include submission of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification requests must be completed within 30 days. Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 8k8.com account must be made in Philippine Peso (₱) using one of the approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 8k8.com reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment method not registered to the account holder and to suspend the account pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits and may require account verification to be completed before processing. Standard withdrawal processing time is within one hour during regular business hours, though delays may occur due to verification requirements or payment provider limitations.

8k8.com reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawal requests may be declined if wagering requirements have not been met, if the account is under investigation, or if there is reason to believe the funds are proceeds of fraudulent activity.

4.3 Fees and Charges

8k8.com does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, GCash, PayMaya, etc.) may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment providers.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

8k8.com may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10% or be excluded entirely).

8k8.com reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, or confiscate winnings derived from bonus funds where:

• The player has breached the specific terms of the promotion;
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times;
• The player has placed bets in excess of the maximum bet limit while wagering bonus funds;
• The player has used automated software or betting strategies designed to exploit the bonus structure.

Players may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting customer support. Once a bonus has been claimed, it cannot be cancelled unless all bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on 8k8.com are provided by licensed third-party game providers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Each game has its own specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages, which are available within the game interface or upon request from customer support.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game provider failure, 8k8.com reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes to players. Where a game outcome is determined to be the result of a technical error (e.g., incorrect payout, display error, software bug), 8k8.com reserves the right to correct the error and adjust player balances accordingly.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8k8.com and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds of crime or to transfer funds for illegal purposes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game errors, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to circumvent limits, claim bonuses multiple times, or evade account restrictions.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8k8.com Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual materials, is the property of 8k8.com or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written permission;
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Platform;
• Use the 8k8.com name, logo, or trademarks without express written authorization;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or platform.

Unauthorized use of 8k8.com intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 8k8.com, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to player error, misunderstanding of game rules, or poor betting decisions;
• Technical failures, system downtime, or interruptions in service;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment provider issues;
• Loss of data or corruption of account information.

In no event shall 8k8.com's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

11 Termination and Suspension

8k8.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for account termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete account verification when requested;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that:

• Your account is in good standing and not under investigation for prohibited conduct;
• All wagering requirements have been satisfied;
• Account verification has been completed.

Where an account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, 8k8.com reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including deposits and winnings.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after all pending bets have been settled and all wagering requirements have been met.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of 8k8.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 8k8.com reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
